Oh this sounds tasty right? Food safety be dammed! Eat at your own risk and screw American cattle ranchers right?

European countries have said no we won't buy that beef ... Interestingly that even though China has questionable food products even they rejected that beef.

Mystery meat with no inspections or regulations BUT you have experts like Doc Oz and Worm-Brain Kenendy in charge of public health, so hey, what could go wrong? Ever hear of Mad Cow Disease???

One of the best steaks i ever had in my life was a NY strip from Argentina.
Absolutely fantastic.
The Brazilians are certainly not newcomers to beef production either.
I have a meat grinder here, i can just grind my own if i have to.

The safest option is to grind your own at home. Provided of course you know and practice the proper safety protocols.

When I was going to school I spent my summers working at a slaughterhouse. On the kill floor. Hey, it paid well and I needed tuition money. Anyhow, I learned a lot there about food safety including what NOT to do when working with a carcass. Plus, I learned how to REALLY sharpen a knife and could probably cut up a dead body into baggie sized pieces* in under 30 mins. None of this Skill Saw bullshit you see on the Sopranos. Lol.

*A slight exaggeration. Thigh bones are big.

My Godfather has a small cattle ranch east of me but I have no way to afford a side of beef and even if I did I have no way to store it all. I worked it out to about $3 bucks a pound, which is a helluva deal, but coughing up over a grand for meat at once isn't in my budget so I just shoot deer. When you're poor, you gotta pay more.
