Lol That’s a standard here. 3 45 min sets with 2 45 min breaks. The venue sets the times.

I 'standby' the shit outta my amps and have been doing so for 30 yrs. Right or wrong, I've never had a problem or shortened tube life. Accidentally 'standby'd over night several times. Only worry there was the electric bill.
