Quick Review: I've owned my EBMM JP6 BFR for a year!

Very cool Jim, we need more long term reviews

My 3 year old charvel is still awesome, some paint from the floyd is gone, neck smells and is dirty, and have some cool checking starting to happen.

Scott thats the thing... we all post how great our new gear is, which is fine. But what about the gear that actually doesn't get sold within a few months??? I think we need to give long term reviews more often.

I don't know Mike. You sure you got a feel for the EVH yet?

I don't know. It's a little papery in the mids. Maybe I should trade it for something chewier, with a bit more bloom. And of course the Floyd ruins the tone...

I agree, but we only gush over new stuff.

I can't seem to sell anything off.
I think I've hit the wall...where everything I have (guitars, amps, effects) is a keeper and I'm not looking to buy anything either.

You're killing me. That guitar is one of the best sounding guitars on the planet!!
