Pete, awesome board!!! One question: why did you go with the M9 instead of the Nova System?

Sheer size, really. And the M9 has the Leslie sim too, which I need. I like rm both for verb and trem and whatnot but the M9 is lighter and smaller.

Just to clarify it was placed very very gently on the asphalt. When placed that way it's only on the switch tops.

The board looks great and the work is unquestionably top-notch.

One question, though, why don't you use panel mount locking receptacles? Maybe it's not an issue on the stages you play (cable service loops, less traffic, etc), but I would want to reasonably ensure that power to/from the board couldn't be accidentally disconnected. Just curious

Hi Pete, great board indeed.
I'm curious about the possiblity to use the M9 and Strymon in the loop with the other stuff in the front of the amp and everything in the front, I was thinking about a board that does the same thing, one for my Suhr Badger that has an FX loop and for my Hiwatt or Fender Twin setup where I must use everything on front.
That requires a rewiring of the board in my case, how did you solve this?

Man, that's a nice looking board. I really wish I could get along with pedals sometimes. For me though, it's just easier to use my TC G-Major 2.

every time I look at a board like this, I look over at my pathetic attempt at cleaning up/organizing my pedalboard (3rd board in 4 months) and it makes me sad.

nope.... the knobs weren't even close to how i actually use it, in the pic.
