Ran into Nikki Sixx today in the Valley.

Rainy day in the Valley today, ran into the Westfield Mall on Topanga Canyon to buy a shirt and looked up and Nikki was standing next to me looking at Jeans. I said hello and introduced myself and chatted for a bit about his book and the band as I came up on Shout at the Devil. He was a gracious guy for a legit Rockstar type although I was surprised at how much weight he has gained. :aww: (Man you come off the smack and you go on the cookies I guess :lol: :LOL: )

Anyway always cool to meet someone you came up on. :thumbsup:

Sorry no pics as I didn't feel comfortable asking for it while the dude was just trying to get some denim. :D

Back to the Cameron Amps production tomorrow. Its coming soon!....
 
You know the one thing i like about Bieber, is the fact that he actually makes fun of himself. After that, I really can't blame him for making 650,000$ every show and having an endless supply of hot chicks to sleep with or fast cars to drive. A guy who knows what he is doing is essentially $hit is just smart for doing it. :doh:
 
I bumped into him at a hotel in Hawaii when I was 16. He had massive tattoo's all over and was lounging near the pool with his gorgeous wife. I said "Hi Mr. 6" and he said hi back.

The Too Fast For Love album actually gave me hope - I thought, hey, if these guys can get away with such, um, "Motley" production values in the studio and still make it big, then anything is possible. God, they were so '80s Hollywood. Trash trash trash. And I LIKED it!!!
 
I worked a party for his daughter's birthday party where I work. They paid for the "VIP" package so I followed them around and assisted them all day. I mostly worked with his wife (Donna D'Errico) but I talked to him a bit too. Both were really cool. The whole family was really.

She even wrote a note to my boss saying how amazing I was :D

Concerning the weight gain...Oh well, he's 52. Most guys don't get to do what he's doing at 52, hehe
 
No disrespect to Sixx. He wasnt huge ;) I just remembered him in the Home Sweet Home video skinny as a rail. I am a fan of his body of work and love the Sixx AM records. He was cool too for the brief few minutes I spoke with him. :rock:
