To me...the tone is T&N. I love the Randall and an SD1!

I like the tone on T&N but I thought ULAK & BFTA were a lot better

One of my favorite tones was the Randall Mts Friedman modded Lynch Brahma module. That amp /module is worth the price of entry alone!
I have GL's lynchbox Rm 50 owned by GL and signed on the top. Modded by Dave with 5 modules including MR Scary, OD Special, 1959 RR (limited Edish by Jaded), Dave modded Brahma Bull, and Kirk Hammett. Been looking for an RM4 to put these into, they all sound great (least fav is the Hammett).
Tried to upload a pic, but yet again Ol' Rig-talk here can handle a pic the size of 459 bytes. (that's half of 1 meg and 1/4 of the size requirement.

I loved the tone on T&N and on ULAK. Some of the tones on BFTA are really good, but some are pretty bad IMO. Listen to the opening of Kiss of Death. I think that tone is thin and "schlanky" and the distortion characteristic sounds scratchy and jagged like something is wrong with the amp. Don't get me wrong. It's a great riff and wicked guitar playing on that song but when the guitar is singled out at the beginning I think it is horrible tone.

YMMV and I am prepared for the verbal assault :boxer:

Couldn't agree more.

3 years of development and they're only going to make 45 of them? Uh huh..

Only way I believe that is if they started it 3 years ago, things fell apart, and then recently revisited the idea.

Lynch got some awesome tones on the new Lynch Mob record and the Sweet and Lynch record.
