Randall Satan 50... $1499?!

Am I the only one who thinks the price is outrageous?

Kind of bummed, I was really wanting to try the 50 watt version, seems the 100 watters are pretty scarce also


Edit: just realized the price for the 100 watt is new at 2k... I want to like randall, but their pricing is just outrageous

Ola uses a gizmo, but other Randall amps have midi wtf

Yeah agree to all the points above, no midi, made in china (not a huge deal to me, but I think the price is to high considering it's make)

Can't imagine they are going to sell many units other than the diehard Fortin or Ola fans

You can get the 120W Satan for around $1000 MINT used... I'd go that route. The MV on these is really good.

Good to know, I was looking more to the 50w just for the size and weight difference though. If I ever find a 100w at that price local to me I'd definitely grab it.

I also think that price is way too much, I am not sure yet but looking at the PRS MT15 supposedly due to ship starting tomorrow. big difference in 50 and 15 watts but that $1499.99 is ridiculous !

And yes, I agree, such an amp should retail for $1100 MAX! (look at what EVH can do with the 5150III 50W, when it's made in a country with mucher higher wages)

I did just pull the trigger on a Diavlo 100 from ZZsounds, I've been thinking about it for a few months, hopefully it doesn't disappoint

Never tried the 100, but owned the 45 watt Diavlo. I loved that amp, (multiple times, in fact).
