I make a handful of guitars a year and I made this one from the ground up for myself. Has been one of my personal guitars for over a year. No expense was spared and has the best stuff on it available. Excellent condition- Just normal play wear. Only reason im selling it is to try and get my name out there. Ill be building another for myself. Specs:
*Hand picked one piece mahogany body
* Bolt on design with nice tight neck pocket fit. I wanted to try a bolt on construction with the 24.75 scale length to to try and get a bit more attack and snap on the note and it really did achieve this. Gives it a bit more clarity as well. Was really impressed.
*Cream binding
*Mahognay neck-one piece- 59 type carve
*Macassar Ebony Board
*12''radius, 24.75 scale, 6105 fret wire, rolled fretboard edges
*Back of body & neck is a satin type varnish finish so its easy to get around on~
*All top notch hardware- Kluson, switchcraft, Schaller, etc.
*Arcane PX90 (Phil X sig pickup)
*Mojotone vintage taper volume control
*Multi Notched tone control with paper in oil cap
(I had to source out these tone controls- they have detents or notches all around in them so once you find the sweet spot it wont move on you)
*Graphtech tusq XL nut
*Just Barely over 7lbs on my scale
* Strap locks-Schaller
*Hard case included
