I would love to have that on dvd, I remember taping that on the vcr on mtv when I was around 12 yrs old.
I remember getting the guitar player mag with him on the cover and mentioning just using the Ada preamp and digitech 256xl with a bbe or something like that

Yep ADA, with the BBE422 into a plexi head.. Had an ESP just like that with the JB in it as well had that sound all day long...sure miss that guitar...

A little Eddie in his swaggar but i liked his more melodic approach to solos. That was all Vito and no Eddie.

Vito was such a melodic soloist; so creative and inventive. He definitely had a lot of VH flavor, but mixed in his own sauce really well.
Funnily enough, I did a google search to see what happened to him and found that his address and phone number came up in my search - ha. Not gonna post it out of respect, but that's funny. Maybe we could get a gang together to continually harass him into playing out again. j/k

All I know is White Lion didn't become famous due to Mike Tramp's stellar vocals.

Always loved his solo from Little Fighter but can't say I'm a fan of this band. Singer wanted to be DLR but with a 10th of the showmanship and an even less interesting voice. Vito comes off as too huge a VH wannabe in that vid. I know he had his own sensibilities and was very good but he's rockin' Eddies Cradle pretty hard there. He sure loves that sus4 pull off...
