Hello,

My original account username is Sphere.

I recently purchased a new phone and unfortunately no longer have access to my Authy master password, which prevents me from activating Authy on my new device.

As a result, I’m unable to log in to my original account because the website requires a 2FA authentication code. I had to create this new account just to contact support.

Would it be possible to reset or disable 2FA on my original Sphere account so I can regain access and set up authentication on my new phone?

I’m happy to provide any information necessary to verify my identity and confirm ownership of the account.
