Relish warranty

I bought a Relish Trinity with two sets of pickups about nine months ago. Each pickup has four magnets to keep It in place. Several of these magnets have come adrift and are either lost or stuck half way out.
I have tried to contact Relish several times but they won't even answer my emails.
Has anyone else had such poor service?
 
Contact the retailer who you bought it from. They will likely have more success.
 
Found your problem, friend. The whole company is off work on vacation/holiday for July and August. See this disclaimer from their page:
