Replacement Pickguards

Hello:

I am looking to replace a strat pickguard for H-H styling. I was prepared to order from Warmoth, but when looking at the various choices for humbucker routing (trembucker, humbucker, fat humbucker), I see that nothing really matches up with dimarzio f-spaced pickups or Duncan trembucker pickups specs. Either the pickup mounting screw hole distance is off or, if correct, the pickup cavity size is too small (slightly).

At least Warmoth spells out the specs. I emailed them today but want to see if any of you have had any experience with correctly fitting their pickguards for full-sized humbuckers.

The workaround is to get s-sized humbuckers (I prefer full-sized), order a prewired guard (limited colors and $$ upcharge) or order the pickguard with the correct pickup mounting screw hole distance and take a razor blade to the pickup cavity.

I've ordered several pickguards from Warmoth and F-spaced/Trem-spaced pickups fit fine. The screw holes are the same spacing AFAIK. The cut outs for both neck and bridge pickups are the same, and either 50mm or 53mm fit fine, never an issue. I have a few lying around and double-checked. BTW, if you want a cream-black-cream colored HH one with their Delong control cutout PM me. I've got two I'm never going to use.

FWIW, with WD Music you can just trace out what you want and mail it to them with your contact info and what material/color you want and they'll cut it for you.
 
Contact Sigler music, they can make literally ANY pickguard and they are super nice guys.
