Rev C Recto VS MI Megalith Beta VS Rev1 Uberschall VS Blueface VH4

Cool clip. Assuming these are all reamped?

My order of preference if that is the feedback you are looking for:

1. Recto - all day
2. Diezel - sounds meaner in the low mids
3. Uber - dark as expected but not bad
4. MI Audio - sounds solid state, not a fan (of this particular clips tone anyway)

These kinds of clips fit my personality and attention span well :lol: Can do the long drawn out demos or comparisons.

All recorded direct into the amps in like 10 min lol

The beta is definitely a little less thick but I didn’t do it any favors setting wise honestly
 
I like that the clip shows the voicing very simply. I think the vh4 is very present and sounds great. After that, dual rec. Maybe it is dialing, but the bogner is buried in a blanket. The beta sounds like white noise processed through a toaster (kemper or appliance; whichever you prefer)
 
VH4 is loudest so that may bias a little

I’m not hearing the low mid thing in that VH4 like you do a recto

Recto is my pick here
