Got to riff around on a Revision E Dual Rectifier, thanks to a good friend of mine!

This may be the only Rectifier I've ever REALLY liked. The story about the older revision recs being tighter definitely holds true here. I think I need one now.

Forgot to reply. Not super fussed on the tone on this one compared to your others but GREAT job on the demo play through as always my friend and keep 'em comin'

Yeah man! These Rev E Dual Rectos are just amazing sounding metal machine!
Here is the amp in action through an iPhone camera.

Whoa a WEM CAB!!!! Dude, that is dope! I wish I could find one of those. Where did u get it?

Thanks man! I've got this one here in Nashville last year.
It's a reissue cabinet.
I used to have an original WEM Super Starfinder tho... but that one was sold in Brazil in 2016, when I've decided to move back to the US.
There were some on Reverb not too long ago.
They are cool cabinets.
However, these are all particle board, while the originals are all plywood.
Both sound great tho!

Awesome. The old rectifiers are great. I think the rev f is the best recto they ever made, I would love to find a triple rev f

Rev F Triples are amazing!
I used to have one, but sold it recently. It sounded phenomenal, but the C and E that I have are my favorite Rectifiers, and I can't justify having another one. So, the F had to go. But man, they sure are very mean amps!

Nice clip man, and just discovered your other YouTube vids. The Badlander still doing it for you?

Thanks my man! Yes, the Badlander still gives me the tinglies.

I haven't played it in a couple weeks but I let my other guitarist use it for practice last week in tandem with his Archon and as soon as he fired it up, I was like "Yeah baby" It's not a wall of sound amp, but the claims of it being thin are unfounded IMO. It sounds nicely balanced depending on how you EQ it, but the Bass does need to be pushed a bit if you're used to bass heavy amps.

To be honest I’ve never played any older than the f just listened to clips and whatnot. I have owned like every other recto though, I would love to play with an older pre 500 style one
