Great video Jer!
Have you heard anything about the status of the footswitch that accompanies the amp?
I read a while back that it was going to be a 4 switch that controls channel and aggression switching.

Thanks man! I have not but let me check with the Revv dudes and I’ll report back.

Ok so they ARE making them but may not be out til late summer. Any midi controller should do those things so if you have an existing modeler that does PC/CC you can go that way, or basically any inexpensive midi controller will do.

I like stuff to match, but I'd likely just use my Helix or Fortin Hydra. I assume the Revv branded one will cost a bit more than a perfectly fine midi controller.

So tight and "immediate". No tubbiness to speak of. Winner!

Nice one, Jez.

You bet man!

I picked one up due to your review and man, I gotta say, I love this thing. Great recorded tones and sounds great at low volumes too - thus I find myself playing late into the night often....and that's what it's all about

Oh nice! Glad you dig it! This is such a cool little amp. All the features PLUS the Two Notes functionality really makes Revv some of THE best lunchbox amps.

Sounds really great!
Man... between this, the Fortin Sigil, and the EVH 50 watt stealth all around the same price I can’t figure out where my next GAS money will go.

Sigil is bad ass as well. I don't get on with the 5150 stuff but I know it's just me. Lots of guys use them and love them. I am just n to one of them.

The G20 just does a lot and it does it really well.

Had to opportunity to get some time with the G20 from Revv. Pretty damn cool amp. Not going to lie, I AM a fan of Revv's stuff. The Gen120 is SUPER high on my GAS list, so I was glad to have this guy in hand for a bit.

The built in Two Notes load/cab functionality is great. I went for a bit different set of tones than some of the other demos out there and there are 2 full mix vids coming. One is in the style of a Dokken Tooth/Under Lock era and the other is kind of a modern hard rock thing with my Les Paul.

A lot of folks seem to want to push this into modern type tones but I think it kills for rock. As a matter of fact, I need to offer my services to Revv to make some non-metal demos! LOL!

Editing the full mix vids now. They'll be up soon.
Thank god for this! I was so sick and tired of seeing all the modern Metal dropped tuned demos of this amp. I just ordered the purple G20 from Sweetwater, it should be here soon. Can’t wait to try it.

Awesome! Interested to hear your thoughts!
