Richie Sambora's SOLDANO eBay (Revised)

This guy has some nice gear and his prices are usually high, but he has finally lost it! This SLO has been up on eBay for at least 3 years and anywhere from $3999 to $5999. He now has it listed for $10,000. How can you take this seriously? The other thing he does is change the whole listing info to reflect some TOY info right before the auction ends so there's no "SLO completed listing" .

I don't care if George Lynch or EVH owned the amp....nothing special about this SLO.

I never get these artist auctions. What proof do we have that it's Sambora's SLO? There's NOTHING unique about it. What's missing? Meh, whatever. Sambora is ghey anyway.

Its been probably 5-7 years since in first saw that one...or maybe it was another of Samboras? And nowhere near as expensive. Peoples crazy......
 
I thought he had one from Neal Schon a while back that looked just like that one from Richie. If it had been one of EVH's, that might be worth a slight premium. But RB? Market price for a used SLO and not a dime more.
 
this dude advertises his gear on san fran craigslist and ALWAYS has the most ridiculous prices for his gear ever.

I hope no one is foolish enough to buy that for that price.
 
Thing about SLOs, they're all very consistent. Doubtful one is going to be heads and tails better than another. Unlike Marshalls, where there's good and then there's unbelievable. An artists Marshall might be 'the' one....and maybe worth paying extra.
 
Used SLOs go for about $2800. If it has some great mods and is in perfect shape, maybe $3100. But that's it. Not a dime more.

Bought my first one for 2500. Sold it for the same. Second was a combo, 2200. That was a smoking deal. Traded it for some gear. 2500 is about average IMO. Both were mint, and the combo had the depth/Haynes mods. People might ask 2800 but I'd bet 2500 is what they actually sell for.
 
I got mine with one hour of use on it, traded even up for an ES-335 I had bought for $1000 10 yrs. earlier on eBay. I paid shipping both ways and the SLO came in a road case. So I have $1200 into my then LNIB SLO.
 
Yeah this guy is regular nob. Standard Bogner XTC for $4500???
