CHECK OUT THE ABOVE EBAY LINK AGAIN.... As usual, he changes his original auction from Sambora Soldano SLO (Or his Bogner listings etc...) to a "Toy" listing so that there is NO HISTORY of the completed auction when it ends. What a TOOL....

I don't use eBay, but isn't that against the rules?

How does he edit the link after it has ended?

I should have taken a screen shot of the original Soldano listing. He just changes the auction listing before it ends....changes the auction type (from Musical Instrument to Toy etc...) and puts a totally different description.

It is dishonest and manipulative for sure!

Ok I guess he doesn't let the auction finish then? What is the point? Free advertising for a deal outside of Ebay?

What an ass. Sometimes I'm really glad I don't ebay anymore...thank god for reverb.

Why don't you buy his $7 kid's book and then complain about it to him? You know he's not expecting anyone to actually buy it... :D

Doesn't eBay have listing history? Surely other people have tried that before

You should click Buy it Now but don't pay for it. Then when you get pressured tell him that you thought you were buying an action toy and got confused.

the link shows a toy again. go to his ebay page and look at items for sale. he has 3 xtc's for sale now a couple for around 5 grand and one for 8 grand!! One of them used to be on craigslist months ago and said artist played, his prices are way high.

I'll bet it's EXPCustom who is a member on here.

Sorry if it's not.

does he charge a lot for stuff?

I've never once heard a BJ song and thought, ooh, that tone is amazing (we all know there's a lot of studio grease anyway) .......why would anyone pay more for his amp? Celebrity?

Whatever, no thanks.

He used to flip gear like that including Hanneman's gear. He used to list under Suckerfreegear out of Mountainview, CA. He's friends with Mark Cameron who did the demos of some he'd sell.

Again I could be wrong though and it's not him

the same guy lists his gear on san fran craigslist. perhaps its him? mountain view is not too far away.

look at some of his other auctions on ebay, pretty high prices.

here is an xtc 101a for 8 grand!
https://www.ebay.com/itm/1996-Bogner-Ecs ... SwQYZWzf4p

close to 5 grand for an xtc 101b, but this one has special german tubes that are about 500 bucks.
https://www.ebay.com/itm/1996-Bogner-Ecs ... Swe7BWzfoU

here is a 101b, just about 5 grand, I don't get it, this much for an xtc? I bought a 96 xtc in the past and it was the cheapest I ever paid for one, it was $1800. he is charging 3 grand more than I paid for mine, and mine was mint.
https://www.ebay.com/itm/1995-Bogner-Ecs ... SwPc9Wzf0B

some very costly stuff, what are these worth? what the market will pay for them, yes, I know that, but really, what do you think they are truly worth? that sambora SLO was in a pic in young guitar magazine in japan. 10 grand for it???? damn.

Unless he has two ebay accounts I'm pretty sure they are not the same guy. Sucker Free Gear (EXPCustom) has sold stuff on ebay under SuckerFreeGear or something like that and this other guy has been around a long time mostly selling wayyyy overpriced Bogner XTC's. Last thing I saw SuckerFree sell on Ebay was that Cameron modded Metro Friedman a year and half ago I think, also sold lots of Cameron one offs previous to that. Wonder what ever became of his collaboration with Mark Cameron
