Man, people are dropping like flies. Just heard Mike Howe from Metal Church passed away. Only 55 years old. Condolences to his family.
 
I just saw this...I'm truly pissed. RIP. What a great metal singer. Badlands was one of my favorite songs growing up. The guy stepped in and delivered the goods.
 
Read this this AM. What a shame. Killer band back in the day, and just 4 years older than me. Wow, way too young.

Heard about this yesterday. He was a GREAT singer. Wonder what happened? Rock stars have been an endangered species recently.

Metal Church never got the respect they deserved IMHO.
David Wayne was a super cool dude .
Hung with him a few times, had some mutual friends.
Mike Howe did a great job on vocals.

turn out thats the truth. mental health ya'll, don't sweep it under the rug. As you age, that shit doesn't go away, you just have it and don't have youth on your side to distract you.
