It seems Rob Reiner has been found dead in his home, along with his wife. Police are saying their son is the murder suspect and stabbed them to death
"Rob Reiner and his wife Michele were found dead in their Los Angeles home by their daughter, Romy, multiple sources tell PEOPLE.
According to the sources, Rob and Michele were killed by their son, Nick.
Calls about the tragedy first came into the Los Angeles Fire Department at about 3:30 p.m. on Sunday, Dec. 14. First responders arriving at the home said they found a man and woman dead — and the victims were later identified as Rob and Michele.
Nick, in a 2016 interview with PEOPLE, spoke about his long struggle with drug addiction, which ultimately led to him being homeless at one time.
Nick told PEOPLE that his years of addiction formed the basis for the semi-autobiographical film Being Charlie, which he co-wrote."
