This is essentially his doomed, peabrained argument. By saying this, he is of course also admitting his client shot Kirk because of Kirk's supposed "hatred" of homos, which is not at all what he espoused.

Also, where is Furry Boi these days, anyway? He should facing extreme consequences as well, along with Tyler's various groomers and financial backers (inside and outside of governments) in this mission, because there is no doubt many were involved in silencing Charlie's physical voice and considerable fund raising power. Many had the motivation to do so. I think many high profile shooters in the US are groomed and/or aided to push a narrative or otherwise reach a goal that the unelected Deep State wants DONE. The Las Vegas mass shooter comes to mind, useful (disposable) patsy to push the anti-gun narrative in full concert with the Media and University System.

Judge Graf rejected objections from Robinson’s attorneys during Tuesday’s preliminary hearing.

Tyler Robinson was back in court on Tuesday as closing arguments got underway in a preliminary hearing nearly one year after he assassinated Charlie Kirk.
Utah prosecutors on Tuesday argued that Tyler Robinson killed Charlie Kirk “because he disagreed with him.”
“He did it by firing a high-powered rifle into a group of thousands who surrounded Charlie Kirk literally on all sides. And he, like any rational person, knew that that would create a great risk of death to all those around Charlie Kirk in the event of any one of a number of likely possibilities,” Deputy Utah County Attorney Ryan McBride said.
Tyler Robinson’s attorney trashed Charlie Kirk in during the preliminary hearing.
“Mr. Kirk spoke hatefully of certain groups of people. He spoke hatefully of people who don’t have traditional norm-conforming gender identities. He spoke hatefully of people who are not strictly heterosexual,” Robinson’s attorney Richard Novak said
“We all know, because we live in the real world, the kinds of things that Mr. Kirk said. Which some people find hateful,” he added.
Robinson fatally shot TPUSA founder Charlie Kirk on September 10, 2025, during an event at Utah Valley University.
Prosecutors are seeking the death penalty.
Robinson was charged with:
– Count 1: Aggravated murder (capital offense)
– Count 2: Felony reckless discharge of a firearm causing bodily injury
– Count 3: Felony obstruction of justice for hiding the firearm
– Count 4: Felony obstruction of justice for discarding the clothing he wore during the shooting
– Count 5: Witness tampering for asking roommate to delete incriminating messages
– Count 6: Witness tampering for demanding trans roommate stay silent, and not speak to police
– Count 7: Commission of a violent offense in the presence of a child
