Rockhard Cases? WTF?

when replying, scroll down and the quots go from last to first. then click add quote. it's kinda easy.
 
Yeah guys I'm the one with the pending order!! Oh yeah what's up Steve? The problem was that I was told that it would be no longer than 3 weeks originally but they would put a rush on it and hopefully sooner. After a month of hearing nothing I started checking and was told that there was a rush of orders and mine was about to be built!

I was then told on last Thursday that they were about to start on it and It to be shipped the following Monday. I then waited until today and sent email to get shipping info and he said again they were about to start. The original order was placed on 3/10 so I am getting a little pissed! I can assure you I'm not a pushover, I just didn't want to start over with a different Co. I tried affordable cases by email and numerous calls and they would not respond so I gave up!!

I told them today that I will have the case next week or they will have to refund my money! I know shit happens but it will not for me again at least not with Rock Hard cases!!

It took me 3 phone calls with leaving voice mails and 8 emails before Affordable cases finally responded. Rock Hard cases have just gotten back to me today with a 3 week time frame, now I am weary of using them after reading this. I think safe cases has an eBay store and I talked with the guy from their shop and he seemed pretty much the same 3 weeks deadline.

Not sure who to use now! Hope you get this resolved and have your case in the next week.

My original order was placed on March 8th, so I'm definitely in the same boat...gotten a few of the "next week" emails also.

I do have to say that since a couple of very reputable folks have spoken up for Rock Hard RC makes me feel a little better.
 
you won't be disappointed, top quality, you will be glad you waited, once it gets here, I'm sure there just swamped.
 
I had a good transaction with them, it did take a week longer than they told me, but the case I got was killer. Worth the wait. I could not get affordable cases to even call me back, or respond to an email

Exactly...I ordered a custom case from them and had it in 1 week! :thumbsup: DURING CHRISTMAS TIME, with a huge snow storm out in Portland OR where they are located!
 
I'm definitely not questioning quality, because this will be my second case from these guys i guess that's why I was hoping they would be closer to the time they told me, you know being a repeat customer and all! I did ask if they could update the 8 space to a 10 for my troubles and they said they would at no charge so that's pretty cool, but the jury is still out and supposedly it should be here this coming week so we shall see. I will let you guys know.
 
Yeah, finally got my case! Exactly 2 months to the day it was ordered, after being originally told less than 3weeks. It was updated from 8space to 10 at no charge, but If you need a case in a timely manner I would seriously seek elsewhere. Great quality though!
