What’s left out is that rockin chippy amp was modeled after the Aldrich amp Mark had modded for me years ago. Mark even asked me to take pictures of my amp since he wanted to see exactly what he had done. I’ve since sold my Aldrich to a forum member here (who shall remain nameless unless he wants to chime in).

I love the way Marks mods/amps sound, but to own multiple amps that basically do the same thing? Doesn’t make sense to me. I’d cash out and move some of these on to players who would enjoy them. I guess he feels different?

The only time it’s appropriate to show off a CCV or CCM is if you’re blasting it the way they’re meant to be played. Always loved Dave’s CCV vids as he did that amp justice, and then some.

My backup live is a 20W 6505MH. Not another 4500 amp I can’t get repaired.
