Anyone have any experience with this gizmo? Looks like it fixes the one pet peeve with floyds I have. All mine were strictly dive only.
Looks like you can use a dtuna and have a floating trem.

Spanish but you should be able to figure it out watching the vid anyway.

Every time I've owned a FR axe, I've used this. It is a bit tricky to install, but makes life for me much easier on FR guitars.
First time was in the late 80s btw when Rockinger invented their fine tuning trem.

Cool just ordered a couple to try out.
I am assuming the tension changes on the bar from dive to pull up as the device engages.
Is there a big change in feel or is it a pretty smooth transition?

Install it properly and it will be smooth. Use the little cotton stickers for almost noiseless operation.
You can fine adjust with a screw which gives the internal spring more or less tension.
