Any of you guys have one of these in your rigs? How are they and where do you use them...loop or out front? Can they be used in both at the same time?

I had one a few years back and it's downfall IMO is that it's not switchable. It works good for the distorted tones but as soon as you changed the channel or roll the volume down your clean channel gets cut off, degraded etc. There's no happy medium I could fine that worked for both channels. That's just my experience with them, maybe some else had a better experience? :dunno:

I agree. So... I found the trick for me was to use it in one of the loops of my Voodoo Labs GCX. Which pretty much makes it footswitchable... I only use it on my distorted tones.

Yeah, if you have a GCX laying around or in your rig that would be a solution. I didnt have one at the time but if I did I may have kept the Super C. Instead I just scrapped it and picked up an MXR Smartgate and it solved my problem a lot cheaper
