I don't really know much about the Cali mods. Fortin, Cameron, Gower, etc. Are all the Cali mods the same? How similar is the Fortin Cali to the Bones?

The Gower Cali and the Fortin Cali are the same, Dan just started doing the Cali mod since Mike was no longer modding. The Cali retains that marshall sound but heavier and tighter while the Bones is even a little tighter even, and a little more modern

Yeah the Bones I had could get close to that. It was a very tight amp. But more of a rock sound. Wasn't what I would call aggressive or "modern high-gain" sounding. Definitely couldn't get the levels of gain and grind as the Cali in your Stinkfist vid. I was using two EL34s and two 6550s. V30 speakers. It also had the raw/smooth switch and an added mid-shift switch for the H voicing mode. Still... was a very smooth and chewy amp compared to others. But your Cali vid is awesome.
