RP1000 vs M13 effects

Which of these units has the best delays, reverbs, chorus etc....?
 
Not sure about the M13, but the delays/modulation modeled in the RP1000 are Lexicon. They are all good enough to get the job done and par with any other budget multi-FX system in the price range.
