The roman centurions who hung Christ on a cross did not ask for forgiveness yet while on the cross Christ says "forgive them, for they know not what they do". So I believe in being forgiving even when the offending party doesn't ask, and isn't sorry for what they have done.

It's 100% up to the offended party to forgive and they can do it whether the offending party wants or accepts it. Reconciliation is a different matter I'd say.

what would you say if you knew where you were going?
no skin off Jesus back. supposing he was the son of god, he had no fears

besides i think most of the bible are old wives tales passed on over the ions

and hell no. i cant forgive in certain cases.
Nazism., the 911 mother fuckers, any type of pedophile or any one who abuses children and animals,
any on who rapes and house invaders. did i leave anything out :)

If you aren't the offended party, there is nothing to forgive. If you have been offended in some way, and do not forgive, then you will not be forgiven. It's not called the narrow way cause it fits our human ideas of right and wrong. He who has looked upon a woman with lust has already committed adultery in his heart. He that has hated his brother, a murderer. We aren't above other sinners simply because we committed different sins than they have.
