I have to start by saying that Bob was the easiest guy I've ever had to deal with regarding any gear purchase period. Due to naivety, I thought that it would take a month to roll this thing out before being shipped but Bob said less than a week and he was right on about it. I would buy another just for the experience.
The wood is amazingly figured and it moves just like a nicely flamed figure on a guitar. The build quality is top notch and there is not one gap anywhere to be found. The board; even with pedals loaded is extremely light which is funny given the build construction. I can't believe how perfect this thing is.
I received it about a month ago and held off as Hthomas got me a good deal on a new PP2+ and we waited until the night before Lugo's amp fest to get it set up.
Big thanks to Harris for going behind my back and wiring up the cables while Megan and I were on a date. I asked that he'd wait so I could help but he went ahead and did it which was wicked cool of him. Also for the buffer which is pictured under the board. Incredible and the price of these buffers new is insane for how clear they are.
I've since re-soldered and cut some cables shorten the length and use and different spots and I wired up the Neutrik jacks on the side. I'm ordering either a Hubbell or Marinco Flange Inlet to replace the Leviton as I do not like the feel of it. I touched up the bottom of the board as well and redid the cabling layout as I'm anal about these things.
I also have to apologize to some guys asking about the Octron. I thought I had a local deal after I entertained some offers and that fell through so I decided to keep the pedal as of last night. I'm actually starting to get used to it and I found the trim pots internally to be of some help.
Gotta stress and throw a big thanks again to both Harris and Bob for making this possible!
