I've been meaning to post this but it just kept slipping my mind. I saw Cinderella about a month ago. It was one of those deals where my buddy had tickets and were pretty cheap so I said what the hell, I'll go see them.

It was one of those shows that I wasn't really excited about going to but thought I would just because it was something to do. Dude, they freakin rocked. Surprised the hell out of me. The mix was great, guitar tones were awesome, Tom's voice sounded better than the album to me. Plus they played a killer selection of guitars! The song selection was very good. Just a great show.

Most impressive was Tom Keifer (or however you spell it). As I said earlier, his voice sounded killer. Plus, he is one hell of a musician. He sang, played a lot of the solo's, played piano and sax. He had awesome tone, too.

Just wondering if anyone else has seen them lately and what they thought. It definately made me a much bigger fan. Something that I wasn't much of before.

Haven't seen them lately, but Nothin' for Nothin' and Save Me are still on my ipod :D

Killer band and one of the few from the 80's I've never seen live. If you can believe this, on two separate occassions I was going to see them and the show was cancelled due to Toms voice issues. Glad to hear the voice is strong now.

+1 One of…… Sorry …..My favorite band. Have all the cds on my iphone. seen them over 6 times and they always ROCK. :rawk: Tom and Jeff would go back and forth on one lead and it was hard to tell which one was playing,Perfect timing, they would have matching brown LPs when they did that one.

you have all of cinderella's CD's on your iphone? dude you are not joking thats nothing but awsome :rawk:

the only band i own all the CD's of is Pantera

Tom has at least one rebuilt/bionic vocal cord, and I had heard he may need or have had a second done too. Love those guys music.

Saw them at the House of blues in Atlantic City a few months ago. Show was kick ass! Plenty of vintage Plexis,Les Pauls, strats and tele's all night! Tone was great too.

werent they going to be at progpower or something like that, but had to cancel at the last minute because they thought he had throat cancer? i vaguely remember a band having this problem i just cant remember who it was

My favorite 80's band, too!!! Would love to see them, again. Glad Tom's voice is back !!!

I saw them back in the 80's and they were great then. They use very little gain on their recorded tones but it sounds great.

Yeah when I was 18 I was a BIG fanboi. My hair was like the bass player Eric Brittinghams who live in Berlin Md.

Great band, i been a fan since the night songs days and still listen to them all the time.

I went to see them at the Myth in MN. I didn't think the show was going to be all that great...

Opened with night songs. I honestly will never forget that tone of the old Marshall's, the slow groove, and the singing. One of they best sounds I've ever heard. You could see the hotplates just glowing. The Marshall's sounded like they were on the edge of blowing up. One of the best shows I've seen.

I saw them a few times and they sounded good. Cool selection of old guitars. One of my favorite bands from back in the day. Great 'real' guitar tones on Long Cold Winter album.

It's funny That Tom doesn't look or sound much different than he did 25 years ago. I'm thinking he's got one of those Micheal Jackson sleep chambers or something.

Yeah, it's funny becaue I pulled up some old youtube videos and they were still playing the same doublenecks. One cherry and one white.

Love Cinderella! One of my all time favorite bands. I had tickets for a show in Houston in 08, but they canceled due to Tom's vocal problems... I keep hoping that they come back to Houston.
