That dude can PLAY.

And not only can he play, he can SING better than most "lead" singers I've heard.

And not only can he PLAY and SING, he can do BOTH at the same time, completely effortlessly.


His tone was friggin unreal. That Cornford was rockin. I swear you could hear the glass of the tubes and every single little detail. Great tone.

I thought he was using the Dimarzio Twang King Neck, and I was right. Sounds very stratty, but still Tele-ish.

I was at the show last night also, his tone was definitely on point and his playing were top notch. Got to meet Rob Balducci at the bar, he was a cool dude.

I hope he gets to the east coast more often, thats definitely a show i want to see again...

Im late to the party here, but I was also at the show. I knew what to expect going in having seen his bootlegged in brazil DVD before. However, there is no other way to describe it. It is just awesome to watch this guy. He's just one of the incredible talents in music today and of course, he is being largely ignored.

I think effortless is the right word to describe him, both singing and playing. This guy just has it all and Im so goddamn jealous. The way he was skatting along with his solos was just absurd and awesome.

Absolutely one of my favorite players (and musicians).

PS - to whoever met Rob Balducci at the bar. Ive chatted with Rob many times since back in the day when his Balance record came out and I agree. Not only is he a great player, but a super cool, nice guy.
