Yes, it is worth checking out. Some will say it sucks tone. I have very little if any tone suck. It's crucial to have the levels set correctly for each patch. I have it in a loop of my GCX so I can take it in and out of the signal pathway altogether, the difference is not noticeable to me. I use it for reverb, delay, and chorus only and feel it does these exceptionally well.

slight tone suck and volume drop where i had it working the way i liked it... moved it on. The effects are pretty good though but all i used it for was the echoplex setting.

I purchased one back in Sept. of this year. The effects were decent (nice chorus), but it added white-noise to my signal. I researched the issue on the TC forum, and found the this to be a common complaint. If it weren't for the noise, and lack of analog dry output, I may have kept it. I sent it back to Sweetwater for a refund. My crusty old Rocktron Intelliverb punks the newer TC stuff with ease!

I bought one new a few years ago. Within a short time it started locking and crashing. I sent it back to TC. They fixed it. Within minutes it was crashing again. I sent it back to TC. They fixed it. It came back and worked for a bit. It started locking and crashing again. This time they sent me a new one. A few months later the new one began locking and crashing. Now it doesn't boot at all.

Yesterday we had a client that just got his back from TC and it has begun to lock and crash again. Another client last week texted me that his was locking and no longer reliable.

I am done with TC. Totally NOT gig worthy.

Mark, the TC seamlessly switches between patches but I'm on my 3rd new unit and I've had enough.
What else can you recommend just for reverb and delay that will seamless switch ?
