Second edition non limited MXR RR Pedal dropping

I think the " rough" settings have been documented and there are some pics of him in studio during blizzard and I remember more or lessbbeing able to make out the eq. Essentially the frown, tightening up that loose bass on the distortion + but keeping the bloom sound that circuit makes

That's essentially what I had asked for before and hoped these would be. It doesn't need to have his paint scheme or graphics, just a " tight" mod to simulate his eq after the OD. Make it a rusty yellow color sticking to the original and just put a RR switch (tight)on it for the sound. Then if you are ambitious, make it a double pedal w/ chorus so we can throw that on it and boom!!! The ultimate tribute pedal is born. Call the pedal " Tribute".

I love that the greedy fucks get to eat their wallets on this one as I never would have paid what I did if I knew these were in the works. I'm a bit annoyed also at MXR because I emailed them asking if they would just take this circuit and make it into a prod model and they said " maybe down the line, good idea". I guess mine is cool because it has Polka Dots. Maybe in 20 years it will be a "Collector's" pedal if anyone still knows or cares about who Randy Rhoads is. I have to think that a lot of the fanfare is driven by the 13 year old kid in each of us. Once we go? Who knows.. my daughters will probably put all my pedals out at a garage sale when I go and sell a box of 30 pedals for 25$ :D
