SG help

What would you offer for it …?

ETA: they may not negotiate…dunno
 
There’s usually a bit of difference in the necks between those two…. the 61’s typically have a thin neck that feels wide (I’ve had a few), and although I haven’t yet played one of the 64’s, they’re supposed to have a fuller, “chunkier” neck. Might be worth looking into if he cares about that.
 
Well he pulled the trigger….hope TF he loves it.

Personally I can’t wait to play the shit out of it!
 
I owned a 2001 Gibson gothic SG and a 2014 korean made LTD deluxe Viper at the same time and the only guitar still with me is the Viper. It plays and sounds so much better than the SG IMO. LTD's are hit and miss though, some of them don't resonate well or feel cheap, but not the one I have. I guess 2014 was a good year for them. It's a very solid, resonate guitar.
 
He bought the one I linked in the OP…kinda wished he’d held off and gotten more in the lines of what yiu guys mentioned but hell….ya only go around once right. Burn it if ya got it!
