i run a local eating establishment... and my sysco (large food service supplier....semi trucks) orders that i have to make weekly, are always a crap shoot if they're going to show up the scheduled day. Sometimes i find out at 9pm, (we close at 3pm...breakfast and lunch joint) that its not showing up today... so i'm shit out of luck for waiting around all day. Then the next day becomes another crap shoot. I'm waiting to see it get any better, and not holding my breath. Before covid, i had the same driver and he showed up at the same time every week, and it was awesome. Lets not even get into the rising costs of everything, faster than i've ever seen it rise.
