Shit the Govt. slips by...

Hit up the local DMV to renew my HAZMAT endorsement.
Waited in line a bit and when it was my turn, I was asked "have you completed your ELDT training?"

WTF is that?

Basically I had to sign up for an online course, pay $99 and it took just over an hour to complete.

It was the section of the book that pertains to HAZMAT.
The part you study and take a test at the DMV for.
Pretty much exact.
Even the test questions.

Then I was able to go back to the DMV, pay $5 for their test and then another $17.50 for a new license.

Just makes me wonder what other bullshit the Govt. slips by that we never even know about.

It's like the state is stealing from me.
Legally.
 
As long as they don't start up about your LIGMA certification..

Here you buy a vehicle and pay sales tax on it. Then every year you pay personal property taxes on it in addition to liscence fees and inspection sticker….and every 5 years you have to get your license renewed. You have to keep paying taxes on property you already paid taxes on just for the privilege of having it. It’s called personal property tax. And don’t confuse that with your home that you pay property tax on every year as well. And of course taxes on everything else as well.
 
Sorry the reason why I was ranting was every time you go to the dmv it’s another fee or you have to prove you paid this or that. Very annoying.

I get a kick out of kelce’s brother. When he scored that touchdown and it showed his brother with no shirt chugging a beer….classic. Good stuff…

Bro, last time I had to renew my driver's license, the 20-something girl behind the counter asks me, "If I want veterans plates ?"

I never really thought about it, but I was like, "Yeah, sure. Why not ?"

So, then she asks me, "Well, do you have your 82 14 ?" :unsure:

Me: "uhh.. no."

It's not until I get out to the parking lot and realize.. this idiot should have been asking for my DD-214 :ROFLMAO:
 
And still can’t believe buffalo pulled that cowardly stunt of trying to tie the game. Sometimes you gotta reach down, squeeze them nuts and flex…

Yeah I was thinking dd214…and I was never in the military. Most of my coworkers were though.

Not that I think you are wrong, but I am still against Kelsey's first TD.
I didn't see any part of the ball cross the line, nor touch.

Not that they wouldnt have pounded it in from the 1' line...

I missed that one. I didn’t start watching it till later. I was happy the lions won though. Would love to see a Detroit/buffalo Super Bowl.
