I screwed up in the titles. The one thats titled Boosted on Youtube is actually the unboosted Fluid Drive mod vid. The one thats titled Unboosted on Youtube is actually the Tite Gain mod boosted with my Keeley SD-1. Sorry for going a bit overboard with the delay. Used a Strat with the Tone Zone S in the bridge.

Boosted my preferred tone

Unboosted using the Fluid Drive mod

I really dug the Stiletto Stage I that I played for a while. I'd like to check out a Stage II sometime just to see the differences. Very cool playing and I really dug the tones you were getting. Nice job!

Sounds very similar to those Cameron vids and clips I've heard.

Well I played the Cameron CCM at Amplifires and I don't think they're quite the same. I'll take that as a compliment though. It sounds bright, especially with a Strat.

It's a much nicer amp than the Stage I Trident I owned for about a week lol. If you liked the Stage I at all I think you'll really like the Stage II.

Exactly what I hear. Sounds good but a bit too bright for my tastes. That treble was so hard to dial out. I had the presence and treble at under 9 oclock on my Ace combo and it was still too bright for me. Thanx for the vids. Your playing always sounds good.

Yep thats exactly the way to describe this amp.

Are you liking it or not? I thought the stage I's were ok, the II's are pretty cool. Doesn't a tube swap smooth it out?

Sounds good Jim. The boosted one was a little bright for my taste. I liked the unboosted one better. Do you think it's a keeper?

I think both of those clips sound great, that said, I prefer the un-boosted clip. Thanks for sharing.

Another vote for the 2nd clip it sounded more open to my ears, thanks for throwing those up sounded good

good vids!!! Really good. Thanks, I really wanted to hear one of these.

pretty cool

i like the boosted better, but the fluid can damn sure can do pretty damned good on it's own!

That sounds like I wanted the Stiletto to sound like when I tried it! Nice tone.

How loud was that?

Man that's bright and crunchy...hard to tell the difference in tone to me boosted/unboosted...listening very low volumes though.

I think I preferred the 2nd clip though...less fizz maybe..bit erm something...less bitey, more throaty maybe.. :D

I like un bright. Yes, you could take that as a compliment since many guys would kill for that tone and wait for years to get it.

I agrere it does sound very simular in the clip to a Cameron. If I was after that tone I definately look at one of these.

I don't want to offend, but I thought those clips sounded awful  Thin, bright, and buzzy (fizzy?)

My crystal ball says that this amp won't last long with you ;)
