Besides right here on RT, where else should I watch for these to pop up for sale?

I am also going to pick up an LP (probably a Trad Pro from GC unless something else sparks my interest on here) and a tele in the under $1000 range.

Not that it matters for my original question but spec wise I am looking for no middle pickup on the Suhr and Anderson. With my technique, I am always hitting the damn thing. Jumbo SS frets and then a single in the neck would be nice but not a deal breaker. Coil splitting a huge plus.

Never seen a s/h Anderson so that will be tough to find, Suhr has made some during the past several months but rare as well.

TGP, some of those guys blow out Andersons with floyds.

+1 on TGP.

BTW - have you heard the Ohmphrey disc. I was just listening to it again last week. I can listen to Chris Poland play in any project.

Most Anderson and Suhr guitars are h/s/s. But you could always just lower the middle pickup so it's out of the way and rewire so it's not hooked up. But checkout an Anderson with the switcheroo system. You can get ANY pickup configuration with that setup.

I have stumbled across a H/S or at least an H/H Suhr and Anderson here and there. I can settle and just lower it all the way down if needed.

Thanks for the info. I will start keeping tabs on TGP also.

Power Handling: 300 watts RMS

4 grenback 30 watt
=
300 watts
??

also, 30 watts = g12h-30 ?

Plenty of H/H from both. Gbase and ebay, in addition to the forums. If that's your only must, it should be easy

You know you want them:

Those guitars of yours are beautiful. I fell in love with the zebra one when you had them on display at Tone Merchants.

There still there. I am becoming a partner in TM, So, these are available to help fund that. ;)

Picked up a Anderson Classic with the switcheroo system and it does alot of tone variations for sure. Plus there are DIP switches in a small cavity in the back that lets you choose split or parallel on each pickup(this is a S/S/H/ config.)
Bright jangly strat tone or can do full bucker from the singles.
Very light guitar too, easy upper fret reach.

I need to check on the pricing on those! I am hoping to go used to save some scratch but I will take a look at TM.

Yeah i really want to trade in my Les pauls and Trussarts for these awesome war machines;'
