I like the inverted delay. Not sure why I never thought of such a simple/elegant solution to button placement.

Thank you sir. It was pissing me off live. Those two switches were difficult to get to, so I decided to go this route.

Or raise the switch with a lug nut, or Barefoot button is a company that makes them. I use both on my board in the OP. Inverting it works but does make the reach a bit further.
