I have a bunch of shrimp here, frozen. Couple ideas i have-

1. Kataifi shrimp. Kataifi is shredded phyllo dough, kinda looks like noodles. Coating is made with the kataifi and some bread crumbs and fried. Served with honey, delicious.
2. Honey Walnut shrimp. A chinese recipe, shrimp is battered and fried and then tossed with a creamy sauce and walnuts. I've only had it once but i really liked it.

Not sure which road to take. I have the kataifi already, maybe i'll prep the walnuts and make both hahaha

Both sound interesting… Me? I love shrimp, but every time I try to do something “special”, I’m disappointed. Fried, pan seared, grilled, etc., are almost always more satisfying, at least in my experience… 🤷

For me it's the opposite, even just shrimp cocktail can be very good.

My favorite shrimp are medium sized grilled with nothing but Old Bay and in this case a little (precooked) bacon and veggies.
