Like new condition. I bought it new but transitioned to a rackmount right afterwards (I bought the rackmount version to use now). Minor velcro adhesive on the bottom from where I put it on the board, but basically unused (never even opened the cable). Comes with everything (transmitter, receiver/tuner, power supply and USB charger). These are fantastic wireless units.
