Try out Munich, Germany. Beer houses on every corner or so it seemed. Plus public tranportation to carry you around after partaking in the festivities.

Oh Munich...good times. What a great place and wonderful food and drink. I did not want to leave.

I'll be bringing a large assortment Mexican beers to share with the group as well as a few beers (mostly IPAs) imported to TX from some of my favorite mid-western micro breweries.

I am gonna bring some assorted Real Ale. That stuff is great. Also Austin Amber is very good. Both locally produced. Do you dig those beers? The Real Ale Pale Rye is really good. Probably my fave beer right now when I'm not drinking Mexican style beer which I also love!

I don't drink anyway, so don't feel sorry for me . I don't even drink soda much. I straight up rock the apple juice, exclusively Hill Country Fare brand

btw, Chuck Dave Nutz, if you go to the Dandy Warhols show tonight, let me know what all they played so I can determine if I should go on Wednesday or not

Dandy's were ok. The opening band was pitiful. I've seen them put on much better shows, but I think it was also partly due to the awful sound at the House of Blues.

I like the Real Ale stuff. A local pizza place has a large assorment of draft beers. One being the Real Ale Coffee Porter - which comes real close to my all time favorite porter from a Cleveland brewer.

I'm starting to look forward to all the beer drinking almost as much as the cool amps.

I was thinking Thursday go visit my friend and then see Evil Army (great thrash band from Tenessee) at Beerland on Thursday

Saturday is the Ampfest, so we've got more partying there. Maybe go out sarging afterwards. I dunno.

I was gonna say that everyone should come hang out at Emo's on Red River and 6th on Friday night. My band Course Of Ruin is playing with some friends of ours and it is gonna be a kickass show. We have had radio support for this show so it should slam.

We are playing the night before the amp fest, Friday 11/2. I thought if anyone was in town the night before they could come out and hang. This is gonna be great show at a cool place.

I had already lined up a couple of really hot chics to make the trip with me. We were going to stay at some house out near Lake Travis. This really sucks

Though I guess the Splawn area will be covered by Josh. So I wouldn't be adding much to the scene I guess. Somebody take lots of pics for me.

Herbert.. Unfortunately my blackmore was not in, in time...so it won't be there, but someone is bound to bring one.

Josh - what is your final list of amps. Are you still bringing the Nitro and Modenas?

I think Killertone has the Blackmore. I assume the Diezel will be there so I won't bring mine so I have room to bring a cab. I'll definately be bringing my SE.

Blackmore?

The Blackmore rules. For some dead on Don't Break the Oath tone............be sure to plug into a Quick Rod or Competition. I swear it has that exact midrange going on
