Doesn’t load fast over WiFi but does via LTE. Is my IP being “delayed” as a form of censorship or is it something else?

This has been a problem for me the past 10 days or so as well.
But its never been a problem before…..
Im a wee bit concerned that something is wrong w the site.
I also get way better speed on this site only when i go to cellular and turn off wifi.

The slow-day thing goes back years for me so I can't comment on the 10-day-old issue you've experienced mate.
I haven't tried to quantify the percentage of time it's slow for me, but it's always been pretty-low and if anything less-often lately than usual. Even if it happens "often" it tends to go away soon-enough.
