SKB Pedal board Ps-100

I picked up this monster the other day, it was local and price was right. I ordered a power supply for it, and some DC power connects for my pedals. I wanna use this on my Mesa Mark III, thru the effects loop. First question, does anyone have an owners manual for this thing I could get a copy of? I see two separate loops, im guessing one for rack stuff, one for the pedal side? I'm used to a send/return, not an in/out. Anyways, thought I would ask the Rig kings for some advice. Emailed SKB, no response on anything so far.

I love these pedalboards..they were made in the mid 1990’s. The effects loop jacks are basically just “thru” jacks. I can’t remember how the jacks correlate front to back..you’ll have to test them first. I have never seen a manual for these. Keep in mind the power distribution isn’t isolated..it’s a daisy chain.

This is my main gigging rig. It’s been through a lot of different configurations and modifications. Currently has thru jacks removed, Truetone CS12, locking 1/4” speaker out jacks and cooling fans.

A few tips.. Inside the case at the bottom, there is a tray held down by 2 rivets… Drill out those rivets and remove the tray to give yourself a lot more working room. That will also give you access to the underside of the pedalboard area. The pedalboard area has some areas of flex that can be annoying, like underneath a wah pedal. Cut some small pieces of wood and glue/screw them in place to support those areas.

Super thank you for the ideas man. I'll get started on this rig soon!

I went to look at my 2nd PS-100 in storage, that isn’t modified, and noticed it has a label on the back jacks. This is a later one made in 1998.. The routing still isn’t very clear so I tested them. The jacks marked “guitar” connect to the front “in” jacks and the “amp” jacks connect to the front “out” jacks of each loop. Hope this helps..

Thank you man. I've been looking at some used rack stuff, I don't gig, I out concerts on in my jam room nightly haha. So you have a preamp, power amp, and a power conditioner in your rack spots? Is that to just plug straight into a cab or some speakers?
