Smallbox: Wildwood/Peach 3-mode Upgrade Version.

Well, when I listened to the wildwood-smallbox-clip on youtube, my first impression was: Okay, no need for that upgraded amp with more gain- my stock smallbox sounds perfect. Cetainly is it hard to tell from youtube clips, but it sounded somehow a little different compared to the stock smallbox clips, not noticeable better. Maybe you have to compare them side by side.

Somehow I think, some folks want to make a BE50 out of the Smallbox. Probably that was not the intention, when Dave Friedman developed that amp. Soundwise it is more a vintage style amp, and I bought it for that eason.
 
Yes that is true,and it was built with just that in mind..oh how I miss me old one yo
 
So is the plexi channel still like the original or is it differently voiced too? :yes:
