Lower wattage or just smaller in size?

Literally the same 50w Smallbox chassis just in a Dirty Shirley (40w) sized enclosure. I should be able to give a full report in a few weeks according to my dealer. I ordered one with DS cosmetic appointments so I could swap out heads and cabs for different gigs. I already have the DS40, matching 1x12 and a matching 4x12.
