I like Rogers music. Don't like many songs where Ozzy is singing.
Also Roger can write music. Ozzy can just sing, not write.

So to me it's Roger 1, Ozzy 0 so far.
 
I don't let people's beliefs have any influence on whether I go see them. I went to a Roger Waters show and Rage Against the Machine show and have seen Ted Nugent. I could care less what someone believes in if I'm a fan of their music.

Everyone here was just mourning and singing Oz’s praises when he passed and now you got people debating the musicianship of the two? You guys must be bored with life. And even if you think Oz is a POS human because of his business decisions, you’re a moron because Ozzy was a terribly insecure man who couldn’t make any rational decisions on his own. It was all Sharon. Blame her.

I posted this thread because Waters is pissing on a dead legend. He’s obviously an old miserable bitter man and jealous of Gilmour. Doesn’t make it right to spew that garbage for attention.
 
Roger Waters is a delusional self absorbed twat for many, many reasons but not for this. He clearly doesn't like anything approaching hard rock/heavy metal and he'd probably have a similar reaction to the passing of Robert Plant. Not everyone likes the same things. Would you expect Ozzy fans to particularly care about the passing of Whitney Houston for example, or some other artist where there was practically no crossover appeal at all?
