I am serious.

I was actually turned off by this band back when they came out in the 90's because of too much radio airplay or "over market saturation", in fact I boo'd them when they open for Metallica in 94 but they were replacing AIC so its OK we were all disappoint.

Looking back they are actually a very good solid band. I really actually like them now so here you go a cool video. I like his silverburst.

Their first album it seemed every song could have been a hit..

The record they put out a year or two ago was pretty good.

I read an interview with Peter (guitar guy) during the recording of the second album and he said that it's really hard to come up with new material in such a short time frame after he spent his entire life writing the first album. I really liked these guys early on, thought they were great live the two times I saw them, and tried to stay on track but the second album did little for me.

Their first album is one of the best of all times. Great song writing, amazing tones and awesome vocals!

I haven't dug anything else they've put out since :(

Fun Fact: Peter (guitar player) was one of the first guys to get the new (at the time) Mesa Dual Rectifers here in Seattle.

Great band! Blew up after their first record though. I have their latest one though, and it's a "return to form".

Welcome to 1994

The first album is in constant rotation for me. Lots of good songs...

Love Candlebox, as well as Peter's other band- Redlighmusic

My favoriet track off the first disc would be Mother's Dream:

Over all they were and still are a killer rock band!

All of their CD's are great, well except Lucy.

Such great song writers.

Some of my favorites:

Great band. Loved the first album and Happy Pills. Saw them at the TLA in philly in the mid 90's and they killed. This is one of my all time favorite songs.

Love Candlebox! Just getting back into them again too. Does anyone know what wah pedal he used on You? Sounds really, really cool like it could be something unique, or just a good normal wah with some good fx going.

Toured with them in 2006, and they were awesome. Kevin Martin is badass. Pete Klett is a killer player - great Soldano tone.

+1

I know a guy so big a CB fan he named his daughter Candy. To be fair I think she may have been conceived at a candlebox show.

I have and really like their first album, haven't heard any of the other albums...

I dig them a lot I remember hearing "You" for the first time and it was one of those moments where you can't help but pay attention to them and nothing else. Doesn't happen too often....
