I think our favorite alt @Bagel and Creamcheese was referring to the first round of hearings back in early 2023. This was some time before he was banned (using this forum name). Maybe he will pop in and address.

This last round of hearings was completely botched by the prosecution as I read it. Something about the bullets used, the FBI, and withholding evidence from the defense. I've already stated several times about the culpability of Alec Baldwin in this whole thing but I'm happy to talk about it further
