I have been on the form for a number of years. They are pretty strict when it comes to posting classifieds. They want you to follow their layout. Someone posted an ad and I responded to the ad saying that there was a particular layout and they should follow it.

I got banned for that.

I always find it odd that many of these forums call it a "ban", when in truth it's simply a suspension.

i've been banned a number of times, it's common,

2 times for deleted my post in the classifieds, because i sold the item elsewhere the day of posting so it was possible

they can be strict no doubt

I got banned indefinitely from the Megadeth forums, for being critical of Dave Mustaine. It was probably Mustaine himself that banned me... that asshole. Can't take criticism at all.
