could you get the artist discount on all ESP brands? or even just on the ESP brand Japan stuff? the guitars ESP puts out for the Japan market are far more interesting than the stuff they have for the USA market

I am pretty positive it would cover any and all things ESP makes. My old band was endorsed, but I never used it bc I have never been an ESP guy.

The guy got some LTDs from ESP for free and that was about it. I think they offered to give him like 10% off if he ordered a custom on top of whatever the dealer pricing was. He never used it. His band was kind of blowing up in popularity for about 6 months then they just sucked after that so ESP dropped him.

If I remember at the time he got one 300 series LTD which are nice you just have to upgrade them and a 100 series which are junk. I told him to sell the 100 but he said he would get in trouble if he did.

One thing he said is ESP is very strict about a artist selling off any of the guitars they give away or discount. It can cause them to terminate the contract early.

Matt Mashiado the president of ESP USA or whatever his name is flipped out when he found out I had Kirk Hammett's old guitar. Instead of trying to help me and answer some questions about it he said I should not have it because Kirk is not supposed to give away or sell any of his custom ESPs.

I owned 2 of George Lynchs personal custom ESP's in the past. Both came with letters signed off by George and the President of ESP.
I did call the company and had this confirmed so they were the real deal.
Maybe since George sits on the Board he was able to do this?

I got the original or very first KH2 it had the rare Jackson headstock and was used in the ESP magazine ads and catalogs.
